1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AIcounsyl Health Report Guide mobile application ("the App") provided by AIcounsyl ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country), that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them.

2. Description of the App

AIcounsyl Health Report Guide is an AI-assisted mobile application that provides educational explanations of medical reports including lab tests, MRIs, blood tests, 2D scans, ECHO reports, thyroid panels, diabetes markers, lipid profiles, and other health documents.

The App is designed to help users better understand the content of their medical reports in plain language. It also offers general educational information about medications and their common uses, and may provide options to connect with healthcare professionals.

3. Medical Disclaimer — Please Read

• Always consult a qualified, licensed healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment decisions.
• Never delay seeking professional medical advice because of information you have read in the App.
• Never disregard or override professional medical advice based on anything in the App.
• Do not use the App in medical emergencies. Call your local emergency services (e.g., 000, 999, 911) immediately.
• AIcounsyl is not responsible for any health decisions made based on information provided by the App.

4. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are a minor, you must have parental or guardian consent.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Permitted Use

You may use the App only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the App to upload reports or data belonging to others without their explicit consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
• Use the App to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
• Circumvent any security or access controls within the App
• Use the App in any way that could mislead others into believing it constitutes medical advice
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations in your use of the App

6. User Content & Uploaded Reports

You retain ownership of any medical documents or images you upload to the App. By uploading content, you grant AIcounsyl a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the educational explanation service to you.

You represent that you have the right to upload any content you provide, and that doing so does not infringe any third-party rights or applicable laws.

You must not upload content that contains information about another person without their knowledge and consent.

7. Accuracy & Limitations of AI

The explanations and information generated by AIcounsyl are produced by AI systems and may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date. AI-generated explanations:

• Are based on patterns in training data and may contain errors
• May not reflect the latest medical research or guidelines
• Are generalised and do not account for your individual health history or clinical context
• Are educational in nature and should always be verified with a qualified healthcare professional

We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the information provided by the App.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, trademarks, and materials in the App — including the AIcounsyl name and logo — are owned by or licensed to AIcounsyl and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal use in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any App content without our prior written consent.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read it carefully to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Third-Party Services & Healthcare Professionals

The App may provide options to connect with healthcare professionals or link to third-party services. These are independent services and AIcounsyl is not responsible for:

• The quality, accuracy, or availability of third-party services
• Any advice, diagnosis, or treatment provided by healthcare professionals you connect with through the App
• The privacy practices or terms of any third-party services

You use any third-party services at your own discretion and risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AIcounsyl and its officers, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Health outcomes or decisions made based on use of the App
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the App's content
• Unauthorised access to your data resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIcounsyl and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the App at any time. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at support@aicounsyl.com.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AIcounsyl is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
